T’was the Wednesday night of the Worcestershire Literary Festival and there was a bountiful array of events for lovers of theatre, of poetry of music, of words and the world! My head was spinning with the choice of what was on in Worcester. There was a talk by Michael Meacher on his new book, a Worcester Pub Theatre Company production of the history of Worcester and a completely unique musical poetry evening starring Mister Morrison, Ray Antrobus and Martin Christie. Eventually I decided
“I want to see all of them!”
I would have to skip out on some of them, but I was confident that with a formulated plan, I could make sure that I could catch at least some of these three events.
How did I do?
